PROVISIONAL VOTERS’ ROLL OPENS FOR INSPECTION TODAY
Today, 11 August 2026, the Electoral Commission makes the provisional voters’ roll available for inspection at its national, provincial and local offices.
This also marks the opening of the period for lodging objections to the provisional voters’ roll.

If you need to inspect the roll or believe that an entry requires an objection, make sure you do so before the inspection and objection period closes on 18 August 2026.
The certified voters’ roll will then be published, with electronic copies provided to certified contestants.
